Erika Mazzucato
Classe 1986, laureata magistrale in politica internazionale e diplomazia, laureata in scienze politiche relazioni internazionali diritti umani, master in europrogettazione e specializzazione in diritto dell’immigrazione e riconoscimento della protezione internazionale. Global Regional Leader per il continente europeo del Global Human Rights Project, osservatore elettorale internazionale OSCE. Esperienza di consigliere tecnico e politico al Parlamento Europeo, di Policy Officer per gli affari europei e internazionali nonché di EU Project and Business Start-Up Junior Consultant. Ha lavorato presso la Commissione Europea alla DG ECHO – Aiuti umanitari e protezione civile, il Consiglio d’Europa – Ufficio di Venezia, il Centro di Ateneo per i Diritti Umani “Antonio Papisca” dell’Università di Padova, ed è stata Giovane Delegata per l’Italia al Congresso dei Poteri Locali e Regionali del Consiglio d’Europa. Stakeholder di una start-up innovativa nell’ambito dell’economia circolare.
E’ membro dell’Associazione Italiana Giovani per l’UNESCO fin dalla sua costituzione nel 2015, svolgendo il ruolo di Rappresentante Regionale per il Veneto.
Born in 1986, Master’s Degree in International Politics and Diplomacy, Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science International Relations Human Rights, Post Master’s Degree in European Union Project Design and Management and Specialized in Migration Law and Recognition of International Protection. Global Regional Leader for the European continent of the Global Human Rights Project, OSCE International Electoral Observer. Experience as Technical and Political Advisor in the European Parliament, as Policy Officer for European and International Affairs as well as EU Project and Business Start-Up Junior Consultant. She worked at the European Commission in DG ECHO – Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection, at the Council of Europe – Venice Office, at the Human Rights Centre “Antonio Papisca” of the University of Padua. She was Youth Delegate for Italy at the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. Shareholder of an innovative business start-up in the field of circular economy.
She has been a member of the Italian Youth Association for UNESCO since its foundation in 2015, playing the role of Regional Representative for Veneto.
