IYF 2025

HERITAGE AND WELL-BEING WILL TAKE CENTRE STAGE AT AIGU’S ITALIAN YOUTH FORUM!

The AIGU Forum, now in its seventh edition, will take place in Padova from 21 to 23 March and will bring together AIGU Members from all over Italy along with national and international experts.

The Forum will revolve around the theme of Heritage and Well-being. The aim is to stimulate a debate on multiple levels, with the active participation of AIGU members and the various stakeholders who will take part over the two days of the event, in order to identify good practices for a new cultural welfare with communities at its heart. Through discussion activities and hands-on workshops, the connections between heritage, environment, culture and society will be examined, with the intention of assessing the benefits for individuals and local communities, fostering ever more sustainable development.

Adopting a “glocal” approach, which combines the global and local dimensions, AIGU members and all event participants will be invited to exchange viewpoints and ideas on how Heritage can be enhanced in terms of well-being. The aim is to stimulate the creation of collaborations between associations, partners and institutions, encouraging debate and reflection on the theme beyond the end of the IYF, to ensure that cultural Heritage continues to be a resource for the health and well-being of communities.

PROGRAMME

FRIDAY 21 | 03 – by invitation only

  • 18:00 – 19:30 Round table and Opening of IYF 2025

SATURDAY 22 | 03

The plenary event will be held at the Auditorium of the Centro Culturale Altinate San Gaetano, a symbolic venue that will host an open debate with institutions and the main players in the cultural and social sector. This meeting represents a valuable opportunity to reflect on the value of cultural Heritage, not only as an element of identity and history, but also as a fundamental resource for collective well-being. During the discussion, the delicate balance between the conservation of heritage and its capacity to improve people’s quality of life will be explored, fostering dialogue between different generations and communities.

Approfondisci
Temi
