Matteo Lenuzza

Born in 1996, after completing his studies in Modern Literature he specialised in Curating through the postgraduate course of NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti and in Cultural Project Design through the “Exhibition Design and Management” Master’s at Treccani Accademia. He has contributed to various initiatives concerning the enhancement of Genoa’s artistic heritage, taking part (among others) in several projects supported by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and in support of the activities promoted by Palazzo Ducale and the Palazzi dei Rolli – UNESCO Heritage. Since 2023 he has been working in the Events Department of the Shoah Memorial in Milan and, after serving as Curator of the Casa del Mutilato in Genoa | Museum – A.N.M.I.G. Foundation (2021-2024), in 2025 he was appointed Cultural Director. For the Italian Youth Association for UNESCO – ETS, following his experience as Regional Representative in Liguria (2022-2024), in 2025 he was elected National Coordinator. His cultural research is attentive to inclusivity, accessibility, the enhancement of public art and the fostering of reflection on the critical issues of the present. His most recent projects include: “POI. La figura della madre nel dopoguerra” (POI. The figure of the mother in the post-war period), “Antonio Giuseppe Santagata. Prove di Fede” (Proofs of Faith) and “Vittorio Lavezzari. Anche la Storia può morire” (Even History Can Die).
