Ilaria Foroni

laria Foroni is a PhD candidate in Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Her doctoral research investigates the organizational and managerial implications of Arts & Health cross-sectoral collaborations. She was part of the research team of the European project Dance Well (2022-2025) and a researcher at aiku – Art, Business and Culture, a research center at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice dedicated to exploring the intersections between culture, creative processes, and entrepreneurship.

Alongside her academic and teaching activities, she has gained professional experience in the cultural and creative sector, including as Project Manager for Giardini dell’Arena in Padua, Organizational Manager of the Bartolomeo Cristofori International Piano Festival, and Communication and Promotion Manager for the Prospettiva Danza e Teatro International Festival.

Until 2023, she served as a Youth Advisor at the OECD. Since 2024, she has been the Veneto Regional Representative of the Italian Youth Association for UNESCO and is currently the Country Correspondent for Italy for the European project Creative FLIP (2024–2026).
