Gemma Gresele is a PhD candidate in Political Science at LUISS Guido Carli University, where she focuses on public policy and healthcare system accessibility.
Her academic background includes a double Master’s degree in Policy Analysis earned from Bocconi University and the University of Mannheim, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
Driven by a strong interest in the integrated One Health approach, she expanded her experience through an internship in UNESCO’s Education Sector, where she contributed to organizing the 2024 Global Education Meeting in Fortaleza. She serves as co-chair of the Health and Well-being group within the global SDG 4 Youth and Student Network, a UNESCO-coordinated platform promoting youth engagement to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 (ensuring quality and accessible education for all). At AIGU, she has served as the National Coordinator for the Youth and Environment (GEA) working group since 2026.
