Sofia Loro

Born in 2002, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Classics and is currently enrolled in the master’s degree programme in Philology, Literature and History of Antiquity at the University of Milan. She deeply believes that culture, in all its forms, can contribute to the well-being of people and society, and has therefore decided to orient her studies towards the continuous sharing of knowledge, with the goal of teaching in schools and, at the same time, finding solutions to make heritage accessible even to those who have not had the privilege of enjoying a fulfilling education. She loves reading, writing and engaging with different perspectives, and considers the study of the humanities a key to interpreting the present with greater awareness and critical sense. She has been a member of AIGU since 2023 and, since 2025, has held the role of regional representative for the Lombardy group.
