Virginia Caimmi

A Public Affairs Senior Manager, she has many years of experience in the field of institutional relations, in both the public and private sectors. She has worked with international organisations, governments and non-profit organisations. She is an honorary fellow in Public and Institutional Relations at LUMSA University. She holds a degree in Linguistic Mediation applied to International Institutions and a degree in Foreign Languages for International Communication from the University of Perugia; after a period at the University of Washington in Seattle, she specialised in International Relations and International Protection of Human Rights at SIOI. She is the mother of Maria Sole. A former ballet dancer, in her spare time she loves travelling, reading, writing, volunteering and doing sport.
In 2014 she co-founded UNESCO Giovani, of which she was Vice-President until 2019, since when she has been a member of the association’s Advisory Board.
